Why don't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good point! The annual cost of a good full-time web designer exceed RM100,000 annually (excluding employee benefits). On top of that, you’d also need the right product owner, copywriter, full-stack developer, tester, and a project manager to optimise the project for success. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilise.

With FlowCreates’ plans, you only pay for what you need.

How much do you charge?

Each professional and business has its own sets of needs and requirements. Usually, the charges depend on the complexity of the website and the scope of work. At FlowCreates, we strive to keep it simple - the cost is fair and you can submit unlimited requests according to your needs.

Can I migrate my website from Wordpress?

Yes! And we recommend it. In fact, we can migrate your website from any platform onto Webflow.

Who provides the services?

You might be surprised to hear this, but FlowCreates is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, founder of FlowCreates. However, power-up requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

Do you only work with Webflow?

Yes, we specialise in using Webflow to develop the websites that we design because it is the best platform for its development capabilities, leading hosting speeds, ease of use for clients and more. Chat with us to understand how Webflow is the right fit for your business.

How long does a One-off project take?

If you select the One-off Lite, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks based on the speed of your feedback and provision of materials. For other One-off projects, it will take between 8-10 weeks. Each project takes different time based on your feedback response time and amount of revisions needed. The website of your business is a very important asset for your business, we want to spend enough time refining it based on your needs.

What’s not included / off-limits?

At this point, FlowCreates does not develop e-commerce websites due to our limited availability.

How quickly are the requests done?

On average, most requests are completed in just five days or less. However, more complex requests or foundational conceptualisation to kickstart your project can take longer.

Requests are done based on the plan you’ve selected. However, more complex requests or foundational conceptualisation to kickstart your project can take longer.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when your request has been addressed, and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We’ll take your feedback into consideration and continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

How do I request designs?

FlowCreates offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is by sharing Google docs, Figma wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s possible.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Is there a request limit?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one at a time.
